You are actively involved in the session, such as going through range of motion of joints, active breathing and various other movements.

Every Rolfing session includes assessment at the beginning and end to identify patterns and assess function. Sessions are usually spaced out between one week and one month, depending on how your body adapts to treatments.

Cash, Check, Zelle preferred. 
​Credit cards are accepted with a 3% processing  fee.

I do not accept insurance, but HSA receipt are available upon request.

How long is a session?

Sessions last between 50-60 minutes depending on your assessment.

What should I wear?

For women: running shorts and sports bra.
​For men: running shorts or underwear.

For appointment after 5 pm or on the weekend, you can park on site. At other times, street parking is available on Byron Street. 

The office is located upstairs of building 665- follow the brown stairs to left of the building.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's your cancellation policy?

Any appointment missed or cancelled, for any reason, with less than 24 hour notice will be charged 80% of the fee. Since  MK Rolfing relies on scheduled appointments, the cancellation fee protects the practitioner's time.

Do you accept insurance?

Unfortunately, insurance is not accepted. However, a receipt for your Health Savings Account (HSA) is available upon request.

Are gift certificates available?

Yes, they can be mailed, emailed, or picked up directly from Marcel.
