Listening to My Body Changed Everything
I trained smarter—not harder—and completed my first Ironman in under 6 months. I learned to swim from scratch, biked 100+ miles, and ran a marathon inside the race… without destroying my body. I hiked 3000 miles in four month (489,000 feet of total elevation gain) that's essentially climbing Mount Everest form seal level about 17 times (Recovery and quality over quantity was the secret.
